    The WMGLD Home Efficiency Improvement Program for energy efficient insulation and windows is performed in cooperation with the Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company (MMWEC) NextZero Program. Please note, a “pre” and “post” audit must be completed before a rebate will be issued.
