By enrolling in the HELPS Connected Homes Program, you agree to allow the HELPS program to make brief, limited adjustments to your connected devices during times of peak electric demand. The Massachusetts Good Neighbor Energy Fund provides energy assistance to residents in temporary crisis who are struggling to pay their energy bills and do not qualify for federal or state energy funds.
