WMGLD understands the economic impact COVID-19 is having on our customers. We have been able to avoid service terminations for non-payment for over a year. However, that moratorium will be ending. We want to encourage our customers with past due balances to contact us to set up payment arrangements as soon as possible. Any WMGLD customer with a past due balance that has not established a payment plan will be subject to shut-off for non-payment. It is import that you reach out to us.
